Common Questions
How does the free design consultation work?
The initial concept phase is complimentary. We use this stage to understand your space, your taste, and your goals, and to produce a concrete design direction. If the direction resonates, we move forward together. If not, you walk away with no cost and no obligation.
What if I do not like the design concept?
Then you walk away. No cost, no obligation. The initial consultation and concept direction are free regardless of whether we continue working together. If the design direction does not resonate with you, we will either revise it or part ways.
I already have a contractor. Can you still help?
Yes. We work alongside your existing contractors and trades. Our role is the design strategy, material specification, and sourcing. Your contractor handles the build. We coordinate with them to ensure the design is executed correctly.
What if I want to source some things myself?
That is fine. We handle whatever you would like us to source, and you are free to purchase anything independently. Most clients find that our trade pricing saves them enough that they prefer we handle the majority of sourcing, but it is entirely your choice.
How long does the process take?
The design concept is typically delivered within 2 to 4 weeks after our initial call. Full project timelines depend on the scope of renovation, but most projects run 3 to 6 months from concept to completion.
Which countries do you work in?
We currently work across the EU, UK, and U.S. Our sourcing network covers European and international suppliers. If you are outside these regions, book a call and we will discuss whether we can support your project.
